Composition

Silestone is a natural quartz surface manufactured using a patented process. The composition is ninety-three percent (93%) natural quartz and seven percent (7%) other materials, binders, and pigments.

Appearance

Because Silestone is a composed primarily of natural quartz, it has a natural appearance similar to that of natural granite. The visual appearance of Silestone is very consistent and does not have the veining and pitting that is seen on natural stones.
