Chemical Resistance

SenSa Natural Granite with SenGuard will withstand the use of typical cleaning chemicals such as ammonia (Windex) and alkaline or acidic cleaners.

Thermal Stability

SenSa Natural Granite surfaces will tolerate temperatures up to 300-degrees Celsius (572-degrees Fahrenheit), which is the thermal stability of the sealer.

Selective Water Permeability

SenSa Natural Granite is water permeable. This prevents water moisture from trapping in the subsurface of the stone and allows the lattice to dry out or breathe.

Mechanical Resistance

SenSa Natural Granite is protected against weathering and wearing. The sealer penetrates into the granite surface and is anchored by the chemical bonding of the material.

Limited Warranty

SenSa Natural Granite with SenGuard comes with a 15-year limited warranty so you can enjoy your countertops without worry.

Low Maintenance

SenSa Natural Granite with SenGuard is pre-sealed with a factory applied 15-year sealant. Yearly sealing of your SenSa Natural Granite vanity top is not required under normal use.
