Can I get a vanity top sent to me without a sink attached?
Yes. Through our Custom Vanity Top program you can order a vanity top without a sink attached. MioBano can either cut a custom sink hole if you provide a template or, you can have your top shipped without a sink hole cutout.
What if I have a vessel sink?
If you have a vessel sink you can order a custom top with a custom sink cutout. When you are asked to enter the information for the sink, enter "vessel sink". In most cases MioBano will require a template for the hole and you will be required to sign off on the location of the sink hole.
How does my vanity top ship?
Depending on the size of the top, your vanity will ship via parcel delivery service such as UPS, DHL or FedEx. For larger tops, a freight company may be utilized for shipping.
If my vanity top arrives damaged, what do I do?
If your vanity top arrives damaged, contact MioBano directly by phone at 1-866-449-BATH.
Can I return my vanity top if it does not work for me?
Because all vanity tops are made-to-order per the customers specifications, it is not possible to return the tops to MioBano, unless the top has been fabricated incorrectly.
How long does it take to ship my order?
Standard Tops ship in approximately 1-2 weeks. Custom Tops ship in approximately 2-3 weeks. Allow an average of five business days for transit, depending on your location.
What if I have my own sink already?
When you order a Custom Vanity Top, you have the option of having a cutout made for a sink other than what we offer. To do this, you must enter your sink model number in the provided space. In some cases, you may have to mail a sink template to our production facility.
Where is my vanity top made?
MioBano vanity tops are fabricated in Houston Texas at our state-of-the-art fabrication facility.
Are there additional shipping costs?
Nothing. Shipping is included in all pricing of your vanity tops.
